Insurtech Leocare announces the appointment of Grégoire Rastoul as chief distribution officer. The latter will notably be responsible for developing BtoB and BtoC distribution there.
Leocare is strengthening its distribution teams with the arrival of Grégoire Rastoul as chief distribution officer. Within insurtech, the latter will be responsible for “to contribute to the group’s strategic distribution positioning and establish an action plan in BtoB and BtoC. The objective is to support the insurance ecosystem in its transformation so that insurtech is complementary to traditional insurance companies”can we read in a press release.
A graduate of Skema Business School (Lille), Grégoire Rastoul began his career in 2006 at Axa France in the finance and strategy department. Having worked for the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belgium, Total Petrochemicals and Gaselys, he joined Gras Savoye Nord (now WTW) at the end of 2008 in the cost control and organization department.
In 2012, he joined Verspieren as a business development manager in the affinity department and the sports division before founding UEX, an insurtech specializing in health coverage and based in Singapore. Since 2019, Grégoire Rastoul has been regional chief digital distribution officer of his start-up acquired in 2019 by April International Care Asia.
