This is the third step in the VA’s Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) program for the National Cemeteries Administration and is an important milestone in the modernization of their corporate systems. Finance and procurement functionalities are now integrated into the iFAMS finance and procurement management system.

This announcement is the result of the joint efforts of the VA FMBT Program Office, the Office of Information Technology, the Office of Acquisitions, Logistics and Construction (OALC), a working group of professionals from a contracted organization and from CGI Federal, the main systems integrator for the FMBT program.
