About forty fixed-term contracts recruited

“The 5th wave of the covid-19 epidemic has generated an unprecedented volume of requests for health insurance, with, in particular, an unprecedented level of work stoppages, leading, de facto, to an extension file processing times. This unprecedented level is explained by the numerous sick leaves linked, at the beginning of the year, to contamination by the Omicron variant coupled with the annual peak of sick leaves that we observe each winter, ”explains the CPAM of Finistère.

To respond to this peak in activity, the fund has recruited around forty people on fixed-term contracts. “Fortunately, this situation has been improving since mid-April”, also wishes to specify the Department’s Health Insurance Fund.
